  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onions - 1 pc
  • butter
  • salt, spices

Preparation: Pre-soak the peas for about 5 hours under the lid. In the same water, boil it (cooking time 1 hour). While cooking peas, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a large grater. In butter, fry onion and carrots together. Add them to the peas 15 minutes before cooking, salt, pepper. Then cut the bacon either cubes or straws, and fry in butter. Peas, vegetables and liquid in a saucepan should be mixed with a blender for soup-mashed potatoes. Then place the bacon to the pea soup and bring it to a boil. The dish is ready!

How to cook a delicious pea soup with chicken

  • chicken (any part) - 500 g per 3 liters of water
  • potatoes - 3-4 pieces
  • onions - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • garlic, salt, pepper

Preparation: In advance, soak the peas for about 5 hours or at night. Then start boiling the peas in the water. After 30 minutes, add a clove of garlic to it. Garlic is recommended to squeeze out, although someone prefers not to add this ingredient to the soup. Immediately place in the pan chicken, salt and pepper the water. After, slowly, cut finely onions, grate the carrots on a large grater and fry them in vegetable oil. Add the vegetables to the soup. The final stage will be cleaning potatoes. It should be cut into cubes and placed in a pot of pea soup 10 minutes after roasting (onion and carrots). A delicious dish will be ready in about 20 minutes.
