Cocktail "Ruff"
History of the cocktail "ruff"
This cocktail appeared as a result of mixingalcoholic beverages. We can say that the Russian cocktail "ruff" was a kind of response to exquisite cocktails of the West. Such a cocktail originated in the 19th century among merchants. The merchants had a tradition at the end of the festivities, when everyone had already pretty much drunk, dumping all the food together, well, and the alcohol was poured into one container. All this they called "ruff".
Classic cocktail "ruff"
A classic ruff is a mixture of beer and vodka. In a mug of quality beer with a pronounced hop flavor, from 30 to 60 ml of quality vodka is poured. It is in this sequence.
Ways of cooking are varied. I will list only a few of them.
Mexican Ruff: 33 ml of tequila mixed with 330 ml of Mexican beer "Crown Extra". An empty glass with a heavy bottom plunges into a beer mug. A glass should float. In the glass you need to pour tequila in such a way that the glass falls to the bottom of the mug. All this is consumed in one gulp.
Chpok: in a faceted glass pour 100 ml of "Zhigulevsky", gently pour 100 grams of vodka. The glass is traditionally covered with a palm, then you need to hit the bottom of the glass on the table. The resulting mixture of beer, vodka and bubbles is drunk with a volley.
With port: the first option is to mix 0.7 liters of beer and the same amount of port. The second option - "double-barrel" - to drink beer and port immediately from two necks.
