- Measure with a tape measure the insulated area. Cut the size of penofol, add a little for the folding from the bottom and from above. Attach penofol to the wall with an adhesive tape.
- On top of penofol place the chosen insulation as denser as possible, without gaps.
- Fasten the back paneling. If you have correctly chosen the thickness of the insulation, there should be no problems with the boards - they will easily fit into place.
- Now you can paint the wall and replace the plinth.
