The seal is necessary for any legal entity,carrying out entrepreneurial and any other type of activity in the territory of the Russian Federation. Only individual entrepreneurs have the right to conduct business without a press, however, they often order it to themselves, so as to simplify the work with documents as much as possible, and not apply every time to a notary.

The basis of printing is a cliche, on which all the necessary information is applied and by means of which an impression is made on paper. Everything that surrounds a cliche is called a snap. The equipment can be manual and automatic.

Manual rigging

In order to print, you only need to tightly press the seal to the sheet of paper in the place where the impression should appear, and hold it for a couple of seconds while the ink stains into the paper. How to fill a seal with a manual snap? Everything is very simple. When the ink in such a printing ends, all you need to do is lower the seal to a special ink pad impregnated with ink. Do it often enough. Therefore, those who work a lot with securities prefer to order prints with automatic snap-in.

Automatic rigging

The automatic tooling consists of 3elements: the base on which the cliche is adhered, the legs and heads connected by a spring. When printing is not used, the cliche is firmly pressed against the head, in which a stamp pad is placed, impregnated with ink.

At the moment when you put a seal and presson the head, the cliche moves down the stem, while simultaneously turning so as to come in contact with the surface of the face and leave a clear impression.

The advantage of using seals with a snapis that you always get an accurate and vivid print, because the cliché is constantly automatically wetted with ink. In addition, the foot tightly locks the position of printing on paper. You will be able to accurately calculate in which place you will have an impression and the probability that in the process your hand will tremble and the seal is smeared is reduced to zero.

If you notice that thefade, then you either need to replace the ink pad, or refill the existing ink. Read the instructions below how to fill the seal with a paint:

1. Lock the seal in your hand.
2. With your thumb, lightly press the base and simultaneously the lock button that holds the pillow.
3. Remove the cushion from the snap.
4. Evenly distribute the paint on the surface of the cushion with a thin layer, placing emphasis on the central part.
5. Overabundance of ink can lead to a deterioration in the quality of the impression, so if you overdo it with their quantity, the excess is best removed with a tissue or paper towel.
6. Before inserting the pillow into place, make sure that there are no villi, dust or any other foreign elements left on it.
7. Insert the pillow in place until it clicks.
8. Lower the print head down until it stops, without touching the lock. The print will accept the working position again.

After refilling with a seal, you can start using immediately, but it is better to wait for a while until the ink is evenly distributed throughout the cushion.
