To do this, you will need:

adhesive tape with a width of 1.5-2 cm;
scissors.

We put the ears:

Carefully cut the hair from the ears, inside and out, while not touching the capillaries, which are located on the tips. The wool stays about 1/3.
Cut off 10 cm of the patch, glue, grasping the ears and keeping the distance between them at 5 cm, from the back side.
Then glue another 10-centimeter strip on the front side in the same way. Glue the strips of the patch together so that the ears are between them.
Finish the ends of the adhesive tape to leave approximately 1.5 cm on each side.

So the terrier walks for 10 days, then remove the band-aid. The ears should stand up.
