We always strive to lookbetter, smell better, be healthier. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to meet the standards. One of the modern requirements for man - a pleasant smell coming from him or even a complete absence of unpleasant odors. Let us consider in more detail why the human body can have an unpleasant smell.

Smell from the mouth

There are several reasons why it can be unpleasant to smell from the mouth (causes of halitosis):

  • Diseases of the oral cavity (lack of moisture in the mucous membrane, dental and gum disease, insufficient mouth hygiene);
  • angina;
  • tobacco smoking;
  • use of garlic, onion or cabbage;
  • diseases of the stomach;
  • diseases of the endocrine system;
  • diseases of the lungs;
  • sinusitis, runny nose;
  • diet.

When you smell from the mouth, the first thingAnalyze if you have long cleaned your teeth. When you smoked for the last time, and do you smoke at all? If the problem is this, bring the oral cavity in order. If you regularly care for the oral cavity and are not a smoker, go to the dentist. If the dentist does not find any reason to worry, go to your therapist.

Odor from the nose

The smell from the mouth, alas, is familiar to us, because people in thepublic transport or our friends do not always monitor their health. But this does not surprise the average person. However, the smell from the nose is puzzling. How can this happen? If your nose is unpleasantly smelling, you should run to LOR, as this smell produces a rotting process. Infection, if it is not started, is quickly treated medically with the help of washing and antibiotics. In case you do not care about your health in this situation, the infection can spread further down to the brain.

The smell of sweat

Absolutely all people are sweating. Each of us has its own smell, so the sweat smells differently. The sharpness of the smell of sweat can be affected by nutrition, improper lifestyle, stress and physical activity. But sometimes it happens that the smell of sweat, familiar for many years, changes, it gets worse. This can happen for several reasons:

  • tuberculosis;
  • heart problems;
  • problems with the gastrointestinal tract;
  • kidney problems;
  • diabetes;
  • mammary cancer.

If you notice that the smell of your body has changed, first of all go to your therapist, which will help you to understand the problem and send it to the right specialist.

The smell of feet

As you know, children feet smell muchstronger than in adults, which is explained by increased metabolism. But this does not mean that the legs of an adult do not emit any smells. On the feet there is a huge number of microorganisms that swell when sweating. If you notice a strong odor of the legs, itching, redness, problems with the nails (yellowing, dryness) and so on, then, most likely, you have a fungus. You should consult your doctor to get the right medications for treatment (most often a small treatment with ointment). But what to do to exclude the smell of legs in a healthy person, especially in the summer?

  • Regularly wash your feet and exfoliate dead skin cells.
  • Do not wear hot and stuffy and small shoes, always pick up shoes on the weather and preferably from natural materials.
  • Let your legs rest - steam them, keep them in a raised position and massage them.

Be healthy!
