Enuresis - a disease in which day and nightat night there is an involuntary urination. Both adults and children can get sick of it. It is very important to know how to cure an enuresis, because such a disease gives a lot of inconveniences and develops an inferiority complex in a person.

Treatment of enuresis

Along with taking medication, doctors oftenprescribe phytotherapy. It provides daily consumption of broth prepared on the basis of dogrose, fruits of fennel, calendula, sage, cowberry, St. John's wort and mint.

Also, when treating enuresis quite oftenpsychotherapeutic sessions are appointed. During these, methods are used that allow the patient to learn to control the function of the bladder in a dream. In particular, Ericksonian and classical types of hypnosis, autosuggestion and hypnosuggestive way of influence on the human psyche are used.
