What is a cube?
The word "cube" is often used in geometry. This term is of ancient Greek origin and means a hexagon of regular shape, each face of which is a square. However, this is not the only meaning of this word, so many are interested in what a cube is.

Meanings of the word
The word "cube" is also used to determine the volume. This measure is equal to cubic meter.
In mathematics, the cube is used for erection ina third degree of any number, i.e. it is the product of a given number by the square of itself. For example, if you take the number three in a cube, you get twenty-seven (33= 3 * 3 * 3 = 27).
In botany, the word "cube" is also used. They call the plant from which the dye is extracted. This plant gives a blue vegetable dye, called indigo.
For distillation of liquid or for its boilingA vessel, also called a cube, is used. The cube is mainly used for the distillation of wine liquids. This vessel can be of different types and sizes, as well as of different materials.
