An open lesson, what does this definition mean? The very word "open" implies that the presence on it should be accessible to all comers. To answer this question, let us first turn to the general definition of the lesson.

Lesson

A lesson is a bounded lineeducational process in a modern school. It contains all the components of the educational process. During the lesson, the teacher and pupils perform a number of actions aimed at achieving the set educational goals and objectives.

Public lesson

An open lesson is a lesson during which the teacher applies non-standard methods of submitting material. It can be a quiz, discussion, presentation of reports and the like.

In the open lesson, as a rule, there areobservers, it can be any interested persons, colleagues, head or commission. That the teacher and pupils feel confident, it is desirable to do in an open lesson what is practiced usually. It is even better to include interesting ideas in standard lessons, then in the usual situation children will behave naturally, and the open lesson will be excellent.
