Real spirits are not cheap. What are they made of? To create perfumes, both natural components and materials of chemical origin are used. Naturally, perfume, made with the use of raw materials of plant origin, will cost more than synthetic synthetic substances. So what do the spirits consist of?

Perfume is the most persistent fragrance. They consist of:

• Essential oils - 15-30%;
• 96% alcohol;
• Distilled water;
• Dyes.

The most expensive component of perfume is iris. Its cost reaches 40,000 euros per 1 kg. But progress does not stand still. Chemists have long learned to synthesize oils from more accessible components. These substances are called aldehydes. The smell of this does not get worse, but the price is lower.

• Gray ambergris is a hardened fragrant product formed in the intestine of the sperm whale.

• Cibet - a substance secreted by the gland of some animals from the family of viver, civet.

Chanel

Some people are interested in the composition of perfume "Chanel"№5 ». I would like to note that the creation of this composition would not be possible without chemical synthesis. At the heart of the spirits, aldehydes predominate - chemically synthesized components. The top note is pink pepper, iris, hyacinth, pineapple and patchouli. The heart of the composition is citrus and jasmine. Well, the final chords are vanilla, white musk, vitivere and patchouli.
