How to flash a Beeline modem?

USB-modem is a very useful thing in our time. This is the Internet, which is always at hand. It is also very convenient to use it outside the city, where it is not always possible to lay cables.

But it happens that the cover of the SIM card fromthe modem provider is not enough, and its speed depends on this. Modem manufacturers are blocking the ability to change the provider. But there is a small trick with which you can remove the block. The provider "Beeline" does not put codes on modems, so you just need to update the software version and, if necessary, use the flash code.

But now there are programs and technologies thatwill help to put in the modem a card of any provider without loss of speed and additional means. This process is called "modem firmware". Let's figure out how to flash a Beeline modem.

Procedure for modem firmware

What should I do to unlock the modem?

1. We go to the site mycompplus.ru and download the programs necessary for the firmware. There are three of them: Imei code calculator, firmware, firmware (Dashboard).
2. First, run the Imei code calculator. Each of the modems has its own personal IMEI code, it can be found under the cover. If the device is not found, you can see in the program. The code consists of 15 digits.
3. We put it in a special field for the code and click "Calculate".
4. The program provides 2 types of codes: "unlock" and "flash". We need a flash code. We copy, remember or write it out.

Dashboard

1. Modem stitch without a SIM card. That is, we take out the card and connect the modem to the computer. Open the program with the Dashboard firmware.
2. We accept the agreement, we press further.
3. When the program determines the modem, click on the next. After that, the firmware will start.

IN NO EVENT, do not touch the modem during firmware and do not turn off the PC.

Firmware

1. Open the program Firmware, accept the terms. The program finds the modem and asks for the code.
2. Enter the flash code. Click "OK". We are waiting for the end of the process.
3. The modem is unlocked. We insert a SIM card of any operator, install the necessary program and use it. Perhaps, after this procedure, the speed of the modem will increase. It depends on the type of the modem and the operator.
