Polisher selection

To achieve a smooth glossy coating is importantpay special attention to the quality of materials. A polish is a pasty substance or an emulsion having a complex composition. Basically it is silicone, silicone resins and a variety of waxes. In addition, the polish may contain special elements to fill up scratches and unevenness on the surface of the car.

The polishes are divided into 3 types:

  • highly abrasive - better to use when there are clearly visible scratches, not recommended for frequent use and polishing the entire surface of the car;
  • medium-abrasive - hide the small roughness of paintwork, can be used for the entire surface of the body;
  • Universal - fill the scratches, level the surface, create a protective layer.

Polishing can be designed only for manual or only for machine surface treatment. Take into account these features when choosing a tool, and then proceed with the preparation of the body of the machine.
