Tariff change via phone

The easiest way to change the tariff is to send the appropriate command from the phone. Tariffs for MTS are described in detail on the operator's website, and numbers for the transition are given there.

Open the tariff description, scroll it toend and click "Go to this tariff" (by the way, note that the cost of the transfer is also written here). A section with a description of the transition methods will be opened. Dial the specified command on your phone - for example, * 111 * 1024 # - and press the call button.

You can also switch to a new tariff via SMS. To do this, send a message to the number 111 with the code of the chosen tariff plan. How to change the tariff for MTS via the Internet

Each MTS subscriber can use his personalcabinet on the operator's website. Click the My Kaspersky Account link in the top left corner of the main page, select the "Mobile connection" item and on the opened page click the "Get password via SMS" link to request a password to log in. In the window that opens, enter your phone number and security code from the picture, and then click on the "Get a password" link.

When you receive a password via SMS, sign in with ithelp in the Personal account and go to the section "Tariffs and services". There click the link "Change tariff plan", select the desired tariff plan and follow the instructions of the site to change the tariff for MTS.

You can go directly to some tariffspage with the description. Click the button "Go to the tariff", and in the unfolded section - the link "Internet Assistant". Think of a password and send 111 a free message with the text "25 your password" (without the quotes) to 111.

After that, enter the Internet Assistant with yourphone number and password. On the page that opens, select the section "Tariffs and services> Change tariff plan", find the desired option in the list and follow the instructions of the site to change the tariff.
