Almost all cars have an oil level ofThe motor is measured with the range selector set to "P" and with the engine running. On the dipstick, by means of which the oil level is measured in the automatic transmission, there are usually several markers.

How to check the engine oil level

To check the oil level, you will need to installcar on a flat horizontal area. The oil level should be checked with an oil dipstick after about 2-4 minutes after the engine has been switched off. For this you need: raise and open the hood; pull out the oil dipstick; wipe it with a cloth dry, so that no fibers remain; insert the dipstick back; pull out the dipstick to measure the oil level.

The oil level must be between the inscription"MAX" and "MIN", which are printed on the oil dipstick. The distance between such marks should correspond to approximately 1 liter. If the oil level mark is located below the inscription "MIN", then you need to top up the oil.
