Knitting tools

When you have decided what kind of cap you want to link, you have to prepare all the tools before starting work:

Yarn. It is better for beginners to take bulk threads (mohair, textured yarn, etc.). Experienced craftsmen can choose and more fine yarn (angora, shaped wool, etc.). Color can be any, depending on the pattern;
Spokes. Their size depends on the selected yarn. As a rule, on the package of yarn the manufacturer should indicate which needles to enjoy. To increase the density of the canvas, you can take the needles half a size smaller. The material of the spokes can be very diverse (for example, aluminum, steel, plastic, wood, bone, etc.). Instructions for knitting hats

As an example, let's take a look at the option of knitting a children's hat with ears:

We knit two tabs ears separately.
We continue to knit them in parallel, crossing the threads of two tangles on the border.
Then we dial 12 additional loops and close the circle.
After several rows of this whole canvasadd a thread of a different color. To get the strips, the main color is left and alternate the thread every two rows. We knit this way the main part of the cap.
To complete the product we knit the facial surface and reduce the loops on the stocking knitting needles.
