What concerns small business entities?

Representatives of small businesses now have their ownprivilege. For example, they can keep an unlimited amount of cash. In some regions, small businesses are granted a two-year tax holiday.

There are three criteria by which an enterprise can be classified as small:

1. The total annual revenue of such an enterprise should not exceed 400 million rubles.
2. The organization should not work more than 100 people.
3. In the authorized capital the share of legal entities, state, municipalities and public organizations should not exceed 25%.

To recognize an enterprise small it is necessarypresence of all these signs. And there is no need to collect special documents confirming the status of a small company. The amount of revenue can be viewed by tax registers, the average number of employees is easily calculated for any period, the composition of the founders is listed in the decision to establish the LLC.

What subjects are related to medium and large business?

If the total annual revenue of an enterprisevaries from 400 million to 1 billion rubles, or 100 to 250 people work on it, then such an enterprise is recognized in the Russian Federation as a medium-sized business entity. If, according to these criteria, the enterprise exceeds the above-mentioned indicators, then such an organization belongs to large ones.
