So, the set of necessary documents for registrationof the child to school is regulated by official letters of the Ministry of Education and Science (No. 58-M of 07.06.94 and No. 06-51-138in / 14-06 of 19.06.94). In addition, the procedure for admission to the school is regulated by the charter of the general educational institution.

So, to enroll the child in school parents are required to submit to the educational institution:

2. Copy of birth certificate. This can be a photocopy or written by hand and certified by a notary.
3. A copy of the parents' passport is not an obligatory document, but the school administration has the right to demand it.
4. Medical certificate form 026 / у-2000. It must fill in all the fields, and also specify the recommended group of health for physical education classes and duplicate all vaccinations made to the child in the clinic and kindergarten.
5. A copy of the prophylactic vaccination card is form 063 / y. It can also be a photocopy or an extract made by hand and certified in a polyclinic.
6. A photograph of a child who will be pasted into the student's private file. The size of the photo is 3x4 cm.

In addition, some schools ask forsubmit certificates from the parents' place of work or fill out a questionnaire that contains questions about the place of work, the family budget, or how parents can help the school.
