When crossing the border, regardless ofdirection, it is necessary to conduct customs control. It implies the completion of certain documents. The materials of this article will tell you how to properly fill out a customs declaration.

Passenger customs declaration

In order to avoid delays and unpleasant situations at customs, it is better to clarify for yourself in advance some of the nuances that accompany the customs declaration:

  • The passenger who declares the goods must complete two copies of the passenger customs declaration. Records should be made with a pen legible and clear.
  • Language of writing is Russian or English.
  • The information specified in the declaration, with the permission of the representative of the customs authorities, can be changed.

If additions or changes are made to the customs declaration, they must be signed by the declarant and certified by the stamp of the customs authority.

  • The required information is entered in the declaration by crossing out the squares (the crossed out square is "Yes", not "No").
  • In the boxes "transit", "entry", "exit" declarantindicates the direction in which the goods moving through the customs border of Russia are moving. If the goods are moved in transit, then the direction of movement is indicated. In this case, in addition to the square "transit", there is another square - "exit" or "entry".
  • In 1 point of the declaration passport data must be indicated. In the line "Quantity" must be indicated the number of persons who have not reached adulthood, and the following with the declarant.
  • In pp. 2.1. must be indicated either the presence or absence of accompanied baggage from the declarant. If there is one in the line "Number of seats", the total number of seats must be indicated.
  • In pp. 2.2. must be indicated either the presence or absence of the declarant unaccompanied baggage. If there is one in the line "Number of seats", the total number of places where the goods are located, which the declarant imports into or are exported from Russia, should be indicated. This information is considered as notification of customs authorities about the intention of an individual to import goods into the territory of the Russian Federation or to take goods from its territory.
  • If in the unaccompanied baggagethere is a vehicle transported as a commodity, the information about it should be indicated in subparagraph 4.2. It is necessary to fill in squares in order to indicate the direction and purpose of the movement of such transport.
  • In pp. 3.1-3.12 must be declared information about the goods that are subject to mandatory declaration in writing.
  • In clause 4.1, the declarant declares the following information:
    • on the goods, which are stated in clauses 3.2-3..11 of this declaration;
    • about goods that are intended for referenceentrepreneurial activity, the distinctive features of the goods (material, form, weight, brand of the goods, its color, etc.) and its value (in the currency of the Russian Federation, the euro or US dollars) must be indicated here;
    • on goods that are not subject to mandatory written declaration.
  • If through the customs border movement of goods,is committed by an underage person, then information about this product must be declared in the passenger customs declaration of the individual who accompanies him.
  • If through the customs border movement of goods,is committed by a group of minors without accompanying parents, guardians, adoptive parents or guardians, then information about this product must be stated in the declaration of the group leader. In this case, the statement of information about the goods in an arbitrary form can be allowed, in the form of a list with a breakdown by goods of each minor. This list will be an integral part of the leader's declaration.
  • Passenger customs declaration, completeddeclarant, must be certified by an official of the customs authority, by stamping the personal numbered seal. The seal is placed on the date the declaration is completed.
  • A representative of the customs authorities who accepted the declaration shall trace the declarations made by the declarant in clauses 3.1 and 4.1 and certify them with a personal numbered seal.
  • After the representative of the customs authorityhe checked the customs declaration, he must make a note about the release of the goods on 2 copies of the declaration in the column "For service marks" and assure this record with a personal numbered seal. One copy is given to the declarant.
  • Information about notification by an individualthe customs representative shall indicate the item "NB" and the details of the contract of carriage (consignment note, baggage receipt, bill of lading, etc.) in the column "For official marks" on the availability of goods that are transported in unaccompanied baggage.

Cargo customs declaration

TBG is a document of the established form, in which the information necessary for submission to the customs authority should be indicated. Filling the cargo customs declaration has its own specifics.

  1. TBG is a set of forms: 4 sheets of form TD1 (main sheet) and TD2 (in additional sheets), stitched together. The main sheet is used to indicate in it information about those goods that have the same name (only in those cases when an identical customs regime was established for such goods).
  2. Declaring the goods of several names,use additional sheets. One such sheet is allowed to enter 100 different names (up to 33 additional ones can be added to the main sheet at the same time).
  3. Additional sheets are filled in the same wayfilling the graphs of the main sheet. The exception is graph A. It is not filled by the declarant himself. In this case, the cargo customs declaration is completed by the official at the printer. Language of filling is Russian. Sometimes it is permissible to fill the customs and invoice values ​​by hand.
