General taxation system

Under a general taxation system, an organization infully maintains accounting records and tax records, issues tax returns and accounts, reports to the Social Insurance Fund and the Pension Fund.

Quarterly reporting of such organizations consists ofof the following documents: VAT declarations, income tax returns, and if there is any property, a Declaration on property tax, balance sheet, loss and income statement is submitted. The organization also reports, if there are still any objects of taxation: land tax, taxes on mining and so on.

When annual accounts are submitted: declaration on property tax. The annual report of the LLC on accounting statements consists of the following documents: profit and loss report, statement of changes in equity, and cash flow, and if there were targeted financing in the year, you must add a report on the intended use of funds.

Tax authorities are provided with tax informationon the income of individuals who were withheld throughout the year and were transferred from payments to employees of the organization. Also the organization is obliged to report on the average number of employees.

Simplified system of taxation

Under the system, when taxation is simplified, the organization pays tax on simplified taxation system instead of income, property and VAT tax.

Individual entrepreneurs pay taxes on a simplified taxation system, but do not pay income tax on individuals.

Quarterly reports to the tax inspectionorganizations with ONS do not pass. An advance payment for the tax of the simplified taxation system is paid and calculated. If the firm has employees, then individual entrepreneurs hand over a settlement sheet on contributions (if an entrepreneur is registered with the Pension and Insurance Funds).

An individual entrepreneur reports once a year, and if there are employees, then once a quarter, as an employer.

In the tax inspection, the organization surrenders an annualreporting: the tax return, the profit report of the LLC and the losses. The Tax Inspectorate is provided with certificates on personal income tax that was withheld throughout the year and was transferred from payments to employees of the organization. Also the organization is obliged to report on the average number of employees. In the Insurance and Pension Funds, reports are submitted on the same basis as quarterly reports.

How to pay taxes and report?

Before each entrepreneur there is a question about reporting to the tax inspection. The report consists of approved declarations. You can communicate with the tax authorities in two ways:

In addition to the general and simplified taxation system, there are still such taxation systems:

  • a system of a single tax on imputed income,
  • ЕСНХ (taxation system for agricultural producers), while implementing the agreement on the division of production products.

Under the system of taxation on imputed income: before the 20th day of each quarter, a tax return is submitted by organizations that work under the single tax system.

When working with the tax system foragricultural producers, the entrepreneur submits a tax return (before the 25th day after the end of the first half of the year) for the ECHO. In addition, the company maintains a tax accounting, it also maintains a full accounting, which includes a certain list of documents. Individual entrepreneurs (IP) federal law exempts from accounting. Accounting for the property of such entrepreneurs is conducted according to the rules and laws of tax legislation.

How can I submit reports to the tax inspection?

It is important to know not only what reports you need to take LLC, but also how to do it. You have the right to submit reports to the tax inspection in the following ways:

  • Either through your personal representative, or personally;
  • Reports can be sent by mail or the Internet (in these cases, the transfer is through a specialized telecom operator).
