The same menu can be seen by clicking on the rightmouse button in the lower left corner of the screen. Another way to get into the Control Panel -go to the home screen and start writing the keyword "Control Panel" right there. A list of search results will open, in which the link to the Control Panel will be the first. You can also access the search from the desktop - press the [Win] + [S] keys or move the cursor along the right side of the screen and click the "Search" button in the appeared panel.
