The Microsoft Excel application is one of the most popular in the Microsoft Office suite. It is often necessary to print the results. But how to print Excel? This program has its own peculiarities.

  • Before you start printing, review the data, that they are completely visible on the screen. The digits or text that is not in the cell will be replaced with the characters "##" when printing. Therefore, in advance expand the required columns or increase the height of the rows.
  • Enable page preview: Click the "File" tab and in the opened menu, click the "Print" command. In the lower left corner of the resulting window, we see the "Preview" button, with which we get the layout of the desired sheet. Here you can also view the next or previous pages (if the document contains more than one sheet). To exit this mode, select the "Close" tab at the top of the window.
