First Flight: it's important to know
- The airport must appear in advance, usually registration for the flight is announced 2 hours before the departure of the aircraft.
- Hand luggage (baggage that you plan to takewith them to the cabin of the aircraft). It is necessary to take into account its dimensions and weight. In addition, it is forbidden to carry on board the aircraft in hand luggage: piercing and cutting objects, liquids in containers more than 100 ml (they must be packaged tightly). However, the ban on capacity of more than 100 ml does not apply to baby food, it is examined separately.
- Baggage. When collecting a suitcase, it is necessary to take into account the maximum permissible free baggage allowance per person (for different airlines it is different, but basically ranges from 20-23 kg per person).
- Shopping in duty-free shops. Remember, if you have transplants, then better to buy before the last connecting flight, as on the inspection of the purchase made at the previous airport can be withdrawn.
