As we said, the Yota-modem has a USB-connector,that is, the process of its connection is very simple, you just need to insert it into the free USB-socket of the PC. In principle, and the configuration of this modem is not difficult - you need to insert a driver disc, supplied "in the box" with the modem, and start the installation process. All settings will be performed automatically. By the way, some Yota modems can work without installing additional software.
Router Yota
Today Yota produces not only modems, but alsorouters, which give the opportunity to provide several Internet devices at once. In this situation, the user must manually configure Wi-Fi. To do this, go to the settings of the router and specify the following parameters:
- Wi-Fi network - "On",
- "Automatically turn off Wi-Fi" - "Off",
- the network name is "Specify a name",
- Protection type - "Protected WPA2",
- password - "Set Password".
