Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven (180).
  2. We cut cheese with bars (the size of a finger).
  3. Whisk egg with milk.
  4. Each piece of cheese is slightly moistened in milk and rolled in Italian herbs.
  5. Then we lay in flour, we dip in an egg with milk, again in flour, in an egg.

Products for casserole:

  • cheese is hard (Russian, Kostroma or any other, not necessarily expensive);
  • tomatoes;
  • garlic;
  • eggs;
  • ham;
  • onion;
  • sour cream;
  • dried herbs;
  • fresh fennel;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

The temperature regime is 160-180 degrees.

Preparation of ingredients for casserole.

  1. Tomatoes cut with rings. We put it on a baking tray, smeared with oil, sprinkle with crushed garlic and herbs. We send in the oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Onions cut into rings and fry in oil until golden.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes about 1 * 1 cm.
  4. The ham is at the discretion: you can cut it large, you can finely, you can grate it.
  5. The egg is mixed with sour cream and crumbled dill.
  6. Baked tomatoes kneaded with a fork, but not all, but approximately one-third.
  7. Now, everything is mixed in a baking dish: egg mass + cheese + ham + onion.
  8. We send the bake for about 40 minutes (at 180 degrees). The casserole should harden.
