Charlotte with apples is a very tasty and fragrant dessert, which perfectly matches the family and festive table. Prepare it is simple, the main thing is to use a proven recipe.

Classical charlotte

When preparing apple pancakes, you can prefer a classic recipe. It provides for the use of the following ingredients:

  • granulated sugar - 200 g;
  • wheat flour (the highest grade) - 200 g;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • cognac - 15 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 10 ml;
  • apple - 3 pieces;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 packet;

  7. Put everything in a preheated oven for 180-60 degrees for 50-60 minutes, then pull it out, cool it a bit and serve it, cutting it into pieces.

  • flour - 200 g;

  • butter - 15 g;
  • solution of citric acid - 10 ml;

  1. Wash the apples under running water, dry and cut into slices. So that they do not darken, sprinkle them with a solution of citric acid.
  2. Chop the eggs with a mixer to a thick foam, adding a pinch of salt in them.
