How to make chocolate ice cream?

Make chocolate ice cream at home. It will turn out very tasty and will please with the tremendous aroma. There are several recipes for its preparation.

Chocolate ice cream on condensed milk

Before you make homemade chocolate ice cream for this recipe, you need to stock up on the following ingredients:

  • condensed milk - 1 pot;
  • cream - 190 ml;
  • milk - 170 g;
  • chocolate bitter - 125 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • cocoa powder - 10 g;
  • chocolate milk - 45 g;
  • vanillin 1 g;
  • corn starch - 10 g.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix the cream with milk and condensed milk.
  2. Put a container with them on the stove and wait for the bubbles to appear in the mass, immediately add salt and vanillin to it, and then mix everything with a whisk.
  3. Starch dilute in a small amount of water.
  4. Dairy and bitter chocolate break into small pieces.
  5. Transfer it to the mass in a saucepan with cream and milk, add diluted starch there and beat well.
  6. Put everything on the fire and stand for 5-7 minutes, you need to wait for the thickening of the mass and melting chocolate.
  7. Once again, all the whisk, and then pour into the forms and wait for the cooling.
  8. Ice cream put in the freezer for several hours, and then you can enjoy a ready-made chocolate dessert.

Classic chocolate ice cream

The classic recipe for chocolate ice cream provides for such ingredients:

  • milk - 500 ml;
  • egg yolk - 2 pieces;
  • sugar - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • cocoa powder - 10 g;
  • starch - 10 g;
  • vanilla - 2 g.

Cooking process:

  1. In 15 ml of water, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and cocoa, mix everything and bring to a boil.
  2. In 350 ml of milk, dilute the remaining sugar, add the vanilla, put on a fire and bring to a boil.
  3. In 250 ml of milk, dilute the starch and heat.
  4. Mix the resulting mixture in a single container, add the yolk and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mass on the molds and leave in the freezer for several hours.
