In order for the dish to be even more delicious andpiquant, you should add gravy to it. Thanks to it, it will acquire a completely different flavor and taste. You can add sauce not only to the vegetable or meat dish, but also to the groats or pasta.

Tomato gravy to pasta

To begin with, we will consider how to prepare a tomato sauce for pasta, since it is the most popular among jellies.

For the preparation of tomato sauce you will need the following: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 kg of tomatoes, spices, bay leaf, 150 g. mozzarella, 350 gr of pasta.

Preparation of tomato sauce:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry on it finely chopped onions, it should become soft; the process will take 7-8 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and fry the mixture for 2 more minutes.
  • Bat the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off, cut them large and put them in a pan.
  • Salt the sauce, add spices and one bay leaf to it.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, lower the heat and simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes until it becomes thick and uniform.
  • If the moisture is too low and the tomatoes do not emit a sufficient amount of juice, you can add water to the frying pan;
  • Prepare macaroni in pre-salted water, mix with gravy and sprinkle the dish with grated mozzarella cheese.

Sauce to cutlets

Now we'll figure out how to prepare sauce for cutlets. You can do this in a few minutes, using the ingredients that every landlady will find.

For cooking gravy to cutlets you need to take 40 gr butter butter, a couple of spoons of flour, 2 cups of milk, 150 grams of hard cheese, salt and spices.

Preparation:

  • Pass the flour in the oil, stir the mixture to avoid lumps.
  • Add milk to the frying pan, bring to a boil and add spices and grated hard cheese. Stir and remove from heat.
  • Serve the sauce immediately after it has hardened.

Substrate to buckwheat

The next point is cooking the gravy to buckwheat. As in the previous case, it will take you only half an hour.

Ingredients: 300 g of finely chopped veal, onion, 150 g of tomato juice, carrots, 3 tablespoons. vegetable oil, salt and spices, 2 cloves of garlic.

Preparation:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the chopped onions until the shade changes.
  • Add to the onions finely chopped carrots, fry for 4 minutes and add the beef.
  • Stir the mixture under the lid for 30 minutes and do not forget to stir;
  • 7 minutes before cooking pour tomato juice and season the mixture with spices, at the end add the chopped garlic.

Meat sauce to puree

Finally, consider how to prepare sauce for mashed potatoes.

For cooking meat sauce you needthe following components: 300 g of any meat, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. l tomato paste, a tablespoon of flour, as much sunflower oil, a bay leaf, salt and spices, one and a half liters of water.

Preparation of sauce for mashed potatoes:

  • First you need to wash the meat and cut it into small pieces, then fry in oil until a golden crust appears.
  • Once the crust has appeared, add flour to the meat, mix. Cook for five more minutes, the flour should also be roasted.
  • Place the meat in the saucepan in which you are going to make sauce.
  • Wash, peel and slice carrots with onions. Pour oil into the skillet and heat it, then put vegetables here, fry them until ready.
  • In the vegetables add the tomato paste and mix, keep on the fire for five minutes.
  • Put the vegetables in a saucepan with meat, add bay leaf.
  • Stir the contents of the pan, add water to it, put it back on the stove, let it reach the boiling point. Cook for another 15 minutes.
