The crunch of a fragrant waffle tube looks so much likechildhood!   • sour cream (400 g);

  • a bag of thickener for sour cream or cream.

Oil (margarine) is melted and cooled. Eggs in a separate bowl are beaten with a fork or a halo, and then poured into a container of margarine. All must be mixed and poured into a saucepan. Pour out the sugar into the mixture and sift the flour, stirring constantly until creamy consistency. Waffle iron is heated and wiped with a piece of butter or margarine. You need to prepare a dosochku, on which you will fold the tubes. You will also need a wooden spatula, a large dish and a wide cup with cold water.

The amount of pouring test depends on the sizewaffle iron. On the lower half of the mold it is necessary to pour out about 1.5 tablespoons of dough and press the top of the waffle iron. Bake should be made to golden color (lovers of soft wafers) or to brownish color (if you like to "crunch"). Preparation of sour cream for these tubes: sour cream and a half of this amount of sugar beaten with a mixer, then add the remaining sugar and continue to whisk until it dissolves completely. After this, add a thickener and whisk for another two minutes. The cream is ready. If you want the tubes to remain crisp longer, then add the cream directly before serving them with a syringe or a teaspoon.

Tubules with condensed milk

Recipe for wafer tubules with condensed milkpractically does not differ from the one proposed above. The only difference is that the boiled condensed milk is filled immediately after baking. In the filling itself, you can also add ground nuts or wafer crumbs.

We bake in electric wafer

The following recipe for wafer tubules for electric wafer has a special feature: the dough should last at least half an hour.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 grams of wheat flour;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • one egg;
  • a glass of milk;
  • melted butter - 3 tablespoons (or margarine);
  • salt (to taste);
  • vegetable oil.
