Irkutsk

Irkutsk is a city that is located in Russia,or rather in the territory of Eastern Siberia. It is the administrative center of the Irkutsk region, as well as the Irkutsk region. Irkutsk was founded in 1661, it is the sixth largest city in Siberia.
