Progress does not stand still: there are new technologies that make the work of users of technical devices more convenient. LG brand TV with Smart TV function (which literally translates as "smart TV") is a vivid example of this. With the built-in option, you have access to the global network directly from the TV. In addition, the connection to ordinary television owners of "smart" TV is no longer necessary: movies, TV shows and programs can be viewed directly from the Internet.
How to connect LG Smartv TV to a computer
The simplest way to connect the TV andcomputer is the use of wires. The inputs / outputs on the rear panel may vary depending on the TV model. Typically, LG TVs with Smart TV function have the following inputs / outputs - HDMI, composite video input ("bells", RCA connector), component video input ("bells", YPbPr standard).
It is best to connect devices throughHDMI cable, as in the case of "bells" the quality of the transmitted signals (video, audio) is much worse. In addition, there is an abundance of wires. True, the HDMI cable is often not included in the package, so the cable will need to be purchased at a specialized store.
Some models of TVs also support DVI, SCART inputs.
The connection technique is simple - you need to connect the TV and computer with a cable through the appropriate connectors. Then go to the TV settings and select the type of connection.
In case your computer does not have an inputsimilar to the input of the TV, then it is necessary to use combined cable types (for example, if the computer has only a VGA input, then the problem is solved via a VGA-HDMI wire). In addition, on sale there are special adapter-converters, which are able to convert audio and video signals.
