How to repair a washing machine
After all the tools are at hand,We proceed to repair. First, using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screws of the top panel, and then lift the back of the panel with one hand. With the second hand, move the top panel towards the back wall. This should be done until the panel is unhooked. Now remove the panel and proceed to dismantle the control panel. First, remove the dispenser of detergents, for which we unscrew the screws that attach to the front panel of its box, a crosshead screwdriver. Now hold the control panel with one hand, and the other one shifts its left side until the panel is unhooked. Here you need to rotate the panel at a right angle and detach. Then hang the control panel on the side wall, using a service hook, the long end of which you need to insert into the opening of the drawer, and the short end - to attach to the side wall.
Internal panels and hoses
Then proceed to removing the service panel. As usual, unscrew the screws, and detach the panel itself with a small lever, which can serve as a flat screwdriver. However, if the panel is painted, take a plastic or wooden spatula. Now open the door of the car and remove its front part, disconnecting the fixtures. Remove the central panel, also unscrewing the screws, then unfasten the door lock connector. Using pliers, loosen the clamp on the hose that connects the tank to the recirculation valve, and then remove the hose from the distributor. Now loosen the clamp on the hose connected to the pressure vessel's capacity. After loosening, remove the hose and remove the clamp. With a cross screwdriver we loosen the screw cuffs on the tank and remove the clamp from the tank, and then unfasten the cuff of the hatch door and remove the cuff from the drum. Well, now you can see what happened.
How to repair the machine - knots
To replace the V-belt, you need to remove it,turning on the pulley. A new belt should be put on so that one groove on the end of the roller remains free. To repair the pulley, it is necessary to detach the spring of the washing unit, remove the wedge-shaped belt and, having unscrewed the pulley nut, then remove it. To remove the heater, disconnect the wire from it and unscrew the fixing nut. It is necessary to remove the heater from the guide side very carefully. To replace the commutator motor, remove the wedge belt and move the screws securing the motor. After that, it can be dismantled, and then detach the electrical connector from it and connect the new engine, guided by the scheme. It is very easy to remove the drain pump - after removing the service panel, unscrew the pump screws, and then loosen the clamps and remove the pump itself, and then carefully disconnect the connectors. Replace the hoses with a pre-loosened clamps. To replace the detergent dispenser, you must first reach the drawer, then detach the detergent assembly and detach the hoses, after which you can replace the unit with a new one. Also in the machine there are other nodes that break less often, you need to replace them, be sure to de-energize the washing machine - remember this.
