So, how to make an accordion with your own hands? First, take the following accessories:

A4 cardboard sheet or other any thick paper;
ruler;
pencil;
scissors.

Instructions

So, to begin with, take a solid sheet of A4 paper, cut out a square from it. Carefully check that you have measured an even square so that no further difficulties arise.
The resulting square bend in half horizontally.
Then transfer the fold line by 1 -2 cm so that one edge opens the other, forming a narrow strip.
Then fold the paper horizontally along the length.
Step back from the beginning of the resulting strip about 5 cm and make a convex bend that resembles a triangle in shape.
Then make 5 more folds. Unfold the workpiece so that the bent edges do not separate in different directions. Carefully stretch the paper so that the result is a smooth cube.
From the sides, assemble and bend the edges so thatthe handles of the product turned out. If you want to make a box of accordion, leave one edge unbent. On pre-prepared folds, carefully fold the accordion one more time to get a relief pattern.
