How to draw a racing car with a pencil

Drawing the car will be easy, if your pencil is well sharpened, and also at hand lies a soft eraser. To create a picture of a racing machine, follow these steps:

Start drawing with the image of the wheels. Draw a circle, and in it one more. Inside the small circle, draw a cross (this will be a schematic image of the disk). At some distance draw the second same wheel.
Draw the wings of the car and the bottom of the body with one line, repeating the contour of the wheels from the top at a distance of several millimeters.
Draw the car body from the rear, do not forget to paint the spoiler on the trunk lid.
Then go to the drawing of the roof, the frontglass, hood and front of the car (where there should be a radiator grille and headlights). The main difference between race cars is the streamlined shape necessary to improve aerodynamic properties, so the clearance in such cars is small, and the front end is located quite low.
Having finished with the contour, proceed to drawing the details. Draw the door, rear, frontal and side windows, mark the door handle, as well as the rear view mirror.
Erase excess lines, correct inaccuracies andproceed with hatching. For the sake of reliability, imagine from which side your light falls on the car, on the glasses the strokes should be a continuation of the imaginary rays. The car itself can be completely painted over with a pencil, then rub the surface with a piece of paper, achieving an even coating.
Apply a shadow from the rear view mirror to the car body.
