How to draw a fox?

Fox - a cunning character of many Russian folkfairy tales and cartoons of all countries of the world. This funny little animal touches everyone who looks at it. It's no wonder that many fans of fine art are interested in how to draw a fox with a pencil. For auxiliary lines, which need to be erased at the end of the drawing, it is best to take a medium softness pencil (HB) or a hard (H) pencil. To draw a fox at the very end, take a soft pencil (2B, 3B), because you need a thick, bright line. Prepare these pencils and a sheet of blank paper and carefully read how to draw a fox.

  • Step 1. Draw a circle on a piece of paper - this will be the head of a fox. In the center of the circle, mark three auxiliary lines - two horizontal lines (dividing the circle into 3 approximately equal parts) and one vertical line (in the middle). This is the level of future eyes and an acute nose of a fox. Immediately under the head draw a horizontal oval for the future torso. Mark the curved tail with a curved line, and the small paws of the chanterelle are the thin lines at the bottom of the oval-trunk. From the head draw up two short lines, which in the future will need to be redrawn in the ears.
  • Stage 2. Draw the fox sharp bent ears. At the edges of the muzzle, in a small zigzag, mark the face so that it can be seen that this is the fox's fur. At the intended level of the eye, draw a smooth line of the upper eyelid and circle this line several times to make the visually fuzzy eyes of the fox. Along the line, which we have outlined the tail, draw one more. It will also be nice to note the wool component of the tail - draw a few zigzag-like hairs at the end of the tail. Do the same with the paws of the animal.
  • Step 3. Spend one line on the ears. Then draw the ears, paying attention to their inner parts. At the level of the nose of the fox, draw a triangle with rounded peaks, beneath - a cunning smile. On the chest of the chanterelles draw a couple of bells to show what thick and fluffy fur the fox has. Draw the bottom of the tail and draw details of the legs.
  • Step 4. The fox ears gracefully bend, draw thin eyebrows above the eyes. Three zigzags on both sides of the muzzle draw a fox's cheeks. On the tail of the fox, separate the white part with a zigzag line. Precisely the same white tips, and mark the ears of the chanterelles. Draw dashes on the ears and legs of the chanterelle.
  • Step 5. Delete the auxiliary lines and circle the contour of the resulting fox with a thick line.
  • Stage 6. Now paint the fox in a juicy orange color, and for the legs and muzzle add a little brown and black.

You learned how to draw a fox in stages. Now, after a little practice, the red-haired beauty will delight your eye with a sheet of paper.
