Organization Registration

5. After receiving this document, a non-governmental organization receives the status of a legal entity. But the creation process is not over. You still have to put it on the register in the tax and statistical authorities.
6. A public organization should visit a bank,where it is necessary to open an account and not later than 5 working days to notify the tax structure of this. The final chord is the setting of the organization for registration in the Social Insurance Fund, compulsory medical insurance and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
