Windows 8: How to remove the password?

Anyone who uses Windows 8 knows -The updated system enforces the use of a password when logging into an account. Of course, this is a useful option for many, but most of the people it still a little annoying.

Let's figure out how to remove the login password in Windows 8.

Windows 8: disable the account login password

  1. Press the "hot" combination of Win + R.
  2. In the window that appears, type the command "netplwiz" (no quotes are needed!).
  3. Before you will see the "User Accounts" window by default on the "Users" tab - it's something that interests us.
  4. At the top of the tab, you'll see the"Require username and password" - remove a tick from it. Important! If you use more than one account, in the "Users of this computer" window of the same tab "Users", mark the accounts that you want to "free" from the password.
  5. After installing the tick, the system will require you to specify the existing password twice, so if you do not know the password, you will not be able to remove it.
  6. Now go to the "Computer Settings" section, then "Login Options" → "Password Policy".
  7. We find the line "To wake up the computer you need a password", click "Change" and disable this option. Done!
