First you need to connect the Mobile Bank. To do this, enter Sberbank Online and click the link with your name at the top of the page. Your profile will open, where the link "Mobile Bank" will be on the left. On the opened page, connect the mobile bank, after which you will be able to access the settings of the service, including quick payment.
