Below is told about the preparation of tincture and marmalade from currant.
Currant tincture
So, for example, you can cook quite tastytincture. To do this you will need the red currant, sugar and vodka. Pour red currant sand and pour vodka. Leave for about a month, then get it, wipe the berries through a sieve and pour the tincture into another container. Let it brew for about another couple of months. For a kilogram of berries take about a liter of vodka or slightly less. If desired, you can add to the currant and other berries.
Fruit jelly from currant
Natural jujube of red currantwill please you and especially children. Nothing special for its preparation you will not need: a kilogram of berries, a couple of glasses of sugar and a spoonful of water. The recipe is simple:
- Rinse and rinse the berries, combine them in a pan and steam with a little water until the currant becomes soft.
- Then, through a fine sieve, carefully wipe the berries, add sugar and begin to cook.
- Determining the willingness is quite simple - the juice will be ready to become jelly when its drop does not spread over the plate;
- Then spill the juice into molds and leave to dry for the night (you can in the fridge).
- In the morning just take out the marmalade and roll it in sugar. This completes the preparation of marmalade, you can pour the tea and treat the guests.
