How to cook soup noodles?
Soup with noodles is a favorite dish for many. Noodles are a universal product. It can be prepared as a side dish for meat, fish, eat with cheese or ketchup or simply put in soups.

Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
- 300 grams of chicken fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- Noodles (quantity at will: someone likes more, someone less);

- Pepper;
- Salt;
- 2 small potatoes.
Preparation
- In a saucepan pour cool water, put the whole fillet and bring to a boil.
- When the soup boils, peel onions and carrots, put in broth.
- At this time, prepare potatoes: wash and clean it. Cut into small cubes.
- After the broth has boiled for about 30 minutes, add potatoes and noodles.
- After 10 minutes, remove the onions and carrots from the broth, discard them.
- Take the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
- Add back to the soup, season with salt and pepper and leave to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add finely chopped greens: spring onion, dill, parsley. Close the lid and let it brew for about 15 minutes.
Done. This soup can be seasoned with sour cream.
Noodle soup with milk
This soup is very often fed children or those who are just tired of boring dishes. Also, it is perfect for those who adhere to a diet.
Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk;
- 1 liter of water;
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- 1 cup of shallow noodles;
- Butter (to taste);
- Additives (vanillin, dried fruits, cinnamon, etc.);
- Salt.
Preparation
- Pour into the pan water and milk, immediately pour out the sugar and salt to taste.
- When the milk with water boils, stirring, gently add the noodles.
- After that, cook for 10-12 minutes.
- When the soup is ready, serve on the table, adding to each serving a piece of butter.
Also you can add to vanilla sugaror replace 1 tablespoon of three simple granulated sugar with vanilla. You can add finely chopped dried fruits in a prepared dish, for example, dried apricots or prunes, this will not spoil the dish. If you are on a diet and want to eat even less calorie soup, change the percentage of water and milk. For example, 600 ml of milk and 1.4 liters of water.
Soup noodles can be prepared as a more satisfying dish, using, for example, beef and adzhika or tomato paste. It is best to combine potatoes, grated carrots, rice in a soup with noodles.
