- In the resulting protein mass, add the yolks one by one and whip them.
- Then, gradually and carefully pour the sifted flour in advance, without forgetting to mix it.
- The surface of the multiquark bowl should be smeared with butter and put the dough into it, then cover it with a lid and set the "Baking" mode.
- Ready biscuit should be put on a plate and let cool. It is not recommended to leave a hot biscuit in the refrigerator, because due to the temperature drop, it can lose its taste qualities.
Chocolate biscuit
To prepare a delicious sponge cake for chocolate cake you will need the following ingredients:
- egg (choice) - 2 pieces;
- sugar (sand) - 2 tablespoons;
- milk (3.2%) - 200 ml;
- half a glass of sunflower oil;
- water (brought to a boil) - 1 st;
- cocoa (powder) - 6 tbsp. l .;
- flour (wheat, high grade) - 2 tbsp;
- a quarter teaspoon of soda;
- baking powder - 1 sachet.
Cooking process:
- Gradually mix: sifted flour, sugar, soda, baking powder; add cocoa.
- Beat a couple of eggs, mix one glass of milk and one tablespoon of sunflower oil.
- Add a glass of steep boiling water, and mix everything instantly.
- Pour the dough into the prepared form, laying on the bottom of baking paper, pre-lubricated with oil.
- Bake for about an hour, in the preheated to 180 Cabout oven.
