How to cook a casserole in an oven
Pumpkin casserole
Pumpkin dishes are not only very mouth-watering, but also useful. Therefore, be sure to try to cook one of them for yourself and your relatives.
You will need:
- Pumpkin (800 g),
- Flour (5 items.),
- Sugar (1 cup.),
- Semolina (1.5 cups.),
- Citric acid (1 teaspoon.),
- Soda (1 teaspoon.),
- Vanillin (0.5 tea l.),
- Lemon zest (1 teaspoon.),
- Cinnamon (0,5 tea lodges).
- Salt.
Recipe:
- Mix the egg whites with sugar (half a glass) and beat into a thick foam.
- Rub the second half of the sugar together with the yolks white.
- Pumpkin on a fine grater and add to all other ingredients. Gently mix this mixture with whipped whites.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the mixture in a mold, previously greased with vegetable oil, and bake for 40 minutes. If you do not have semolina porridge, you can use boiled rice instead.

- Onion (head),
- Carrots, aubergine, egg (1 pc.),
- Cream (250 g),
- Hard cheese (100 g),
- Pepper, salt and greens.
Recipe:
- Pasta cook in salt water until incomplete preparedness. Drain and rinse.
- Vegetables finely chop and fry in a frying pan with butter. Eggplant cut into cubes.
- Fry slightly forcemeat and add all the vegetables to it, mix thoroughly and wait until the stuffing is completely ready.
- While minced meat is fried, mix one egg with cream, salt, pepper and a little grated cheese.
- Take a special form for roasting, oilher sunflower oil and pour a little cream sauce into it. In the form put half of all pasta. The next layer - stuffing with vegetables, after it again pasta, and from above all pour sauce and sprinkle with hard cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. To get a golden crust, for 5 minutes until ready, open the foil. Now you know how to prepare a casserole from pasta and minced meat!

- Frozen broccoli (500 g),

Recipe:
- Rub zucchini and carrots on a grater. Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian peppers and cut them into strips. Grind greens and tomatoes.
- Soak the loaf in milk. Boil broccoli in salted water for about 15 minutes. Fry grated zucchini, pepper and carrots
- Rinse a little stuffing with your hands and add salt, ground pepper, bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic to it.
- Open the multivark and make the first layer ofhalf of the stuffing, the second - from roasted vegetables, the third - from broccoli, and the fourth - from the second half of the forcemeat. Cut slices of tomatoes and put them in this form on top of the dish. Close the multivark, set it in the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. The dish is ready!
